I received the package, well packed. It's very good that there is a silicone device on the same "sock". to support the plantar arch and help the heel. I, having a very pronounced platfus on both feet, but more pronounced on the right, wear 3 "helpers", ...one to straighten the big toe, one to support the plantar arch, one for the heel, also affected by platfus, plantar fasciitis....this leads to the need for higher Nr shoes to allow the use of more devices. The foot with flatfoot, plantar fasciitis, mont., beaks is painful.

Too small, too narrow, too thin. For children, which will only serve 1-2 months maybe. Wasted money. The promise says 9 by 6.7cm, in reality the width is only 6.2cm. I wanted to stick them on new boots. How can they protect my shoes? 🤔 Already glued. Hopefully, for a good time.

I haven't worn it yet, I'll show you later on the L heel. It grazed my heel and it's clear that the silicone was sharp at the end even though I first welded it with the hair dryer to get it in because otherwise it's hard.

I have not used this item yet. With things like this, it's good 👍 to have them because when you need them, you have them. You never know if you'll ever need them, but they're always at hand.

This article should be used with caution. After about a week, I developed a rash on my second toe on both my left and right feet. The gel material is probably not dermatologically tested for skin compatibility.
