This product offers two installation methods; please choose based on the actual situation of the cage:
Installation Method 1 (Hanging): Use the M3 hook and the accompanying hex nut to hang the heater on the cage wire for secure fixation.
Installation Method 2 (Fixed): Use the M3 hand tightening nut and the accompanying washer to secure the heater to the cage wire or perch. It can be tightened by hand without the need for tools.
Step 2: Power Connection
Connect the USB plug to a 5V 2A USB power adapter (it is recommended to use a reputable charger to ensure stable power supply), a computer USB port, or a power bank.
After connecting the power supply, the heater will start to warm up naturally.
Preheating Time: Approximately 30 seconds to reach the operating temperature.
Step 3: Allow Your Bird to Warm Itself
Once the heater reaches a constant temperature (plate temperature of about 45 degrees C + 3 degrees C), your bird will approach and stay near the heating panel on its own.
Parrots will choose their distance from the heating panel based on their comfort level (they may stand above or close to the heating panel).
It is recommended to place the heater near where the parrot frequently perches in the cage (such as beside the perch or in a corner of the cage) so that your bird can easily find warmth.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Before cleaning, please be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for the heater to cool down completely before operating.
Use a soft dry cloth or slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the plate
of the aluminum oxide panel and the ABS shell to remove dust and stains.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or hard brushes as this may damage the plate of the aluminum oxide panel or the ABS shell.
Do not immerse the heater in water or wash it directly with water.
Important Notes:
The power supply requirement is 2A. Please use a USB charger that meets the specifications; insufficient current may prevent normal heating, and excessive voltage may damage the device.
The temperature of the heater during operation is about 45 degrees C; while it will not burn the parrot, please avoid prolonged contact with the heated panel.
Arrange the power cord in a manner that is less accessible to the parrot to prevent repeated chewing. Although it is equipped with an anti chew wire, it is advised to take basic precautions.
Regularly check the power cord for damage and the heater s casing for abnormalities. If any damage is found, please stop using it and contact customer service.
