I waited a very long time for my order, but in the end I received the completely wrong item. Instead of the product I ordered, I received cuticle oil, which I did not order and absolutely do not need. What makes this even more painful is that there is a war happening in our country right now, and small purchases like these are little moments of joy that help people emotionally get through difficult times. And this is how you treat your customers — it is truly awful. I paid for a specific product, and I demand a full refund of €21.85 as soon as possible. Please confirm that you have received my complaint and inform me of the exact timeframe for the refund process. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to leave appropriate reviews and contact buyer protection services
The description says there will be 4 creams, I could have easily ordered them elsewhere for 1/3 of the price, for me it's a scam. Of course, only one cream arrived.. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as help on the website, although in the support description it is written in the upper right corner. I am ordering from their website for the last time, there is more misleading information than helpful. I don't even know how to file a complaint
I purchased the product again. The packaging was excellent again—everything was very secure and tidy. I was especially pleased with the matching gift, as I wanted to try another product from the brand anyway. It goes perfectly with it! Completely satisfied—I will definitely order from here again.
I've purchased this cream before from other sellers. Not the same product, dries the skin out and thinner in consistency. I don't think it is a genuine product and I paid £54. Not happy. I would like a refund but the website isn't giving me an option to do this.
