The product description very clearly said genuine leather. What arrived was nylon and plastic and completely the wrong thing. The precoded options under refunds and returns does not even include one that says 'we sent you the wrong product'. And once you penetrate the dark circle of hell that is their complaints dept they automatically offer you 50% refund and tell you to keep the wrong product. Why on earth would I want do that? Avoid JOOM and all who sail in her.

Good day, Today I received the goods, but unfortunately they do not match the description. I ordered two curtains for €36, but I only received one.. If two curtains actually cost €72, I find this price for the quality of the curtains significantly too high.. My child waited almost a month for these curtains. That's why I am very disappointed. I ask you to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Many Thanks.

This bag is beautifully finished. The capacity is a bit smaller than I expected. According to the seller's description, it should be genuine leather. My bag arrived a bit damaged. Unfortunately, the seller is uncompromising. Only after the destruction was he ready to reimburse the entire cost. I'm not willing to destroy the bag, so I'm not getting any compensation.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of this kettle it’s small and looks like it was made from cheap material. It’s taken a very long time to arrive and I’m extremely disappointed. I’d like to return it but every time I try to complete the appropriate sections on the app, it doesn’t allow me to start the return process. Is this a genuine seller or a scam

⚫Shipping time: Order placed on 23/04 and received on 15/05. Acceptable. ⚫Quality: For the price it has, it is of very good quality. The image looks great. The downside is that it doesn't come with batteries, although it does have a chain so you can hang it wherever you want. ⚫Size: The size is quite large and it's appreciated, as otherwise the drawing on the lid wouldn't be seen well.
