I am extremely dissatisfied with the shoes I received. They smell unbearably like rubber, and the quality is just awful—it's like wearing cheap plastic. The shoes do not match the photo at all; what you showed is completely different from what I got. The black shoes have a toe that is raised up, which looks very unappealing. I specifically searched for a larger size without that design, and now I ended up with the same style I wanted to avoid. I waited a long time for this order, and I feel completely let down. I demand a return and refund.
I won’t be buying from this website again. The seller lacks integrity; they deliberately delay dispatch and have increased the price of the items I ordered. Customer service is irresponsible and doesn’t even bother to ask the seller why the items haven’t been dispatched. I really wouldn’t recommend them. You have to pay the return postage yourself, and some of the products are completely unusable.
Hello, I ordered size 38 but the slippers I received are much bigger. They do not fit my foot at all, as you can see in the photos there is too much extra space. They are clearly not size 38 and do not match the description. I would like a full refund. Thank you.

Poorly packaged. Don't know if it's from the seller or if customs opened the package. The shoes were OK. Rather thin quality on the suede. And the size felt just right, even though I went one size up from normal. But overall cute shoes.
I had another expectations about the shoes, the sole makes the shoe dirty just by touching the other shoe and the dirt is made is impossible to take away, plus that, the shoes are not comfortable at all to wear for a long day.
