The product does not match the description in the listing. The order specifies Heated Insoles – 10 Pairs, which means 10 pairs. However, only 2 pairs were received, which constitutes an incomplete delivery and is misleading to the buyer. I kindly request that this issue be resolved in accordance with the marketplace rules, either by shipping the missing items or issuing a full refund.
One of the combs arrived broken, and the other two were scratched. I want to return it and have a replacement. I have not used any of them. The individual wraps were also torn. I was so disappointed. It should have been carefully packaged with bubble wrap/bubble cushion. I cannot get the Joom support team button.

Every single thing is in chinese, unlike the photos, it speaks in chinese and all the buttons and display is in chinese. Incuding the leaflet with the instructions.
