I have ben trying to return a pair of shoes from Joom that are too small and have not been successful in doing this. It is not a straightforward process as the app requires the buyer to contact an agent. Despite following the instructions I have not been able to organise a return. I would not advise ordering through the site.
The pink of the sole looks orange, shoe looks old and not new. In person the only true pink part is the tip of the shoe the rest looks oxidized or worn out. Not very happy.
It’s not the shoe I purchased, the details are wrong compared to the shoe I purchased in the app, they’ve sent me a copy of the shoe, not the real one.
My 3rd pair i will always by from joom now thank you very much. 😉
