The package is not properly packed. The order items do not match the description at all. Max thickness of sponges is 1 cm, not 2 cm. 90% of sponges are unusable. Very plastic looking but I guess it does its job for now. Doesn't feel durable **update** This shower holder proved to be temperamental at best, not good quality and definetly not sturdy enough to support the weight of a shower head. It is now fully broken. DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN HOSPITAL WITH A HEAD INJURY
I have got the malfunction device and no reaction from support team despait I informed them about. It looks absolutely unprofessional keeping silence for a long time, even arrogant behavior of support team personnel. Later one I was asked to destroy it and sent a confirmation video then I've got finally my money back.
I'm very disappointed! Package contains only a cover, which isn't specified anywhere except the description, which is easy to miss, especially when you choose from different variants at the same time. It's effectively useless

They are so small you not see them on the wall description makes it they are garden ornement but more for a Christmas tree plus 2 of them was broken each had a claw broken off so disappointed
