Unfortunately two of four ferrite rings arrived broken , were packed in newspapers and nylon , not secured properly inside of the package properly and as a result of that --'danced rock-n-roll' inside package during shipping.

The product that was delivered does not match the one which is on the picture. On the picture, you see that it is wooden , and the one that was delivered is made of plywood.
