I have bought this brown jacket, unfortunately I received the wrong size. I selected UK size Large (L), unfortunately they sent me a China size Large (L) or a smaller size. The arms are too short for a Large size, and I can use only 1 button. I have included a picture of my black suit with Large UK size. The arm fits well, and the overall size fits as well, not too tight, I can use all the buttons. I am requesting an exchange please. I like the suit. So if I need to send my precise measurements to avoid misinterpretation of a Large size (L), please let me know. Thanks! Also, please let me know the return process. Thanks!

Delivery of item was very poor. The item is not satisfactory. Return/refund is cumbersome with this company. Complaints are made but no body is attending to complaints - no complaints handling procedures. Future transactions could be scaring considering the way and manner the company does its business.
