This is my second time ordering this oil. It's an oil that lasts a long time. The base is watery, but it doesn't spill, and it's easy to use. Be patient, though. The oil dissolves the gel in a good 5 to 10 minutes, but compared to other extractions, it's the best. I'm super happy. Delivery isn't immediate, but it's worth it. It's delivered carefully, and they give you a free gift! I will definitely continue to buy.

I ordered a lipstick that never arrived. It's the first time I've ordered from Joom. It's inexplicable that the goods are registered as delivered by Joom with 2 different tracking numbers, even though both tracking numbers cannot be found. Klarna is also demanding that I pay the invoice. I feel cheated by both sides, by Joom and by Klarna.

First bought this cushion at a store in Cyprus and fell in love, I used it every single day. I have sensitive, allergy-prone skin, and it suited me perfectly without any issues. When I ran out, this was the only place I could find it. So so happy to receive the same authentic, high-quality product! Will definitely reorder when I run out! Thank you! 🩷

I haven't used it yet, but I've seen how it works and how it works. I was excited about this! In addition to the kit, they sent me a free sample of a serum that I think is for the cuticle. I bought it in mid-November and it's arriving. It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to get to Spain, but the wait is worth it. I can't wait to try it!

Everything perfect! The shipment arrived quickly and with impeccable packaging. The su:m37 cosmetics confirm themselves as an absolute guarantee and the seller's service was impeccable. Very happy also for the surprise gift, a truly appreciated gesture. Seller highly recommended!

Genuine items exactly as described: My mom loves the Sooryehan Black line. The items were extremely well packaged. Fast shipping: Ordered on 7Feb, shipped on 12Feb, arrived on 24Feb. A big thank you to the seller also for the two lovely sample sachets attached. To recommend :)
