Hello Ayzeze :)) Good day! Thank you for the delivery of the jacket. The jacket is beautiful but unfortunately much much too small!!!!!! This is not a 5XL this is a Large. I am a very large man!! 1.86 height. My arm length is - 68cm - my upper body to my hip length is - 77cm - my back size is 130+ cm! I bought the jacket because I thought it was oversized!! I wanted a very large jacket, so I could wear a T-shirt and a hoodie underneath in winter! It is so SMALL!!! that I can't even wear it!!! I am very sad :(( Because it looks so beautiful!! I intend to return the goods to the skin is much too much. It was supposed to be 100 percent bovine and it is ordinary leather, a massacre far from the skin oh skin. The chest and waist dimensions announced on the size chart in the offer for size 4XL do not match, According to the measurements taken on me and according to the size chart, the 4XL was good But upon receiving the jacket, surprise, You can't close the jacket, it's too small !!! Attention when selecting to take 2 sizes up!!! If possible

Product material are great in texture but I think seller been using a mis-match measurement for the top and downs. My trouser size should have been 94cm but received 83cm which can’t fit me and the top is too small too. I think seller have to review their product sizes. I’ll definitely need an exchange or refund. See attached for the mismatch for the top and trouser 👇🏼

It is a very nice jacket but unfortunately too small and I would like to send it back. For about 4 weeks now I have been waiting for an answer from you. Where is the customer service? Should I advertise for you among friends like this? I don't think it's good for your company. Send me an address where I should send the too small items.

Hello. I already requested on 30/03/2026 the refund for this product (LMGE5Y3W) which is clearly much too SMALL even though I ordered a 4XL. I always wear 4XL (Europe) . Please follow up and respond to my complaint, please.. Thank you cordially Mr SEMPE Jean-Claude
