1. Absolute junk was delivered. The adjustment knob was, among other things, completely defective, see photo! 2. 10 days after delivery, I received a customs invoice from the post office for CHF 20.95 on an item price of CHF 33.00 During the item order, there was no indication of customs clearance! Good morning. The product, despite supposedly being indicated for the vehicle in question, is not suitable for it! I want to return the product and be refunded.

The seat is not inflatable. Misleading description!!! I bought it precisely because it said it was inflatable.

The site tells me that the package was indeed delivered today but I just went to my mailbox and received nothing at all

1 works ok, the other doesn't work - 1 nozzle is pushed in & does not allow water to go through, packaging had no protection.

Not received been delivered to wrong address going on holiday needed this for my insulin to keep cool so refund please
