The package was cut, the product I ordered was also cut, most likely by customs... I paid for a damaged product, I want to return it and get my money back.... sad and totally disappointed with this order.... this is how the wallet I ordered arrived, as seen in the pictures.... Joom only refunded me half of the product cost, and in points, I threw away the product because it was cut. Otherwise, the wallet was very beautiful, if it hadn't been cut by customs, someone should make them accountable for the damages caused....

Lovely bag, but after being used about 4 times. I noticed the top seam coming unstitched. I know these are cheaper than if I went to a shop on the high street, but I still expect a certain amount of quality. I will be looking for glue for this type of material and hope it sticks well. I still like the bag, and apart from that, it's been a good buy.

The quality of this bag is actually very good. Only there are color differences in the individual leather parts. Normally I would send the bag back, but after the already long delivery time I don't feel like waiting that long again. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the bag and would recommend it.

The exterior is very pleasant to the touch, the interior lining, on the other hand, looks like plastic and does not adapt to the exterior shape, so the space is a little small. There are some internal seams that are unstitched.

Soft leather (imitation) fits a lot and has two pockets inside and three outside. It can also be worn cross-body by removing one strap. Practically you can convert the bag into a backpack. I am satisfied and would recommend the bag 👍🏼
