2021 Spring-Summer Plus Size Breathable Non-Slip Casual Sports Shoes for Couples

Counterfeit !!! I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. After 3 days, one of the insoles completely detaches, the outsoles already show noticeable signs of wear, and furthermore, the feet smell bad, which had never happened before. !! I would have preferred that it was indicated on the site. For my part, it's a scam!!! I will NEVER order from you again.! My son spent all his savings on trainers that will last him 15 days ! I contacted customer service: it was them who made me change my 1-star rating to 5 stars. They were fast (-12h) and simply cancelled my order and refunded it in full.. So thank you to Joom for this efficiency. Regarding the product itself, I'm leaving my initial comment so that those like me who do not wish to buy a "fake" are informed. But I renew my thanks to the customer service which was up to the task

The shoes are much too heavy and don't allow for any foot movement at all. I would like to return the goods, please. Thank you very much.. I contacted the seller in China and asked for a free return label or a refund of the purchase price. However, the seller has not responded so far. Therefore, I informed KLARNA today about the situation and also stated that I do not want to pay for the product as it is unusable.. I still have not received any information from the manufacturer. I therefore ask Joom again to send a return label and to refund the amount of money..

The color is not really the same as seen in the pictures, also ordered size 44eu and maybe size 39eu was delivered....and still waited 3 weeks for delivery and had to be picked up at Media Markt....never again

Very satisfied with my order I recommend this seller very good quality shipping and reception within the indicated times between 3 weeks and 1 month max. Thank you

You did not send me the correct size, I ordered 38 and you sent me 36 1/2 I want to return and I have my credit

I've been waiting for my refund for almost a month! I've never seen anything worse than this.

Very comfortable and light. Recommend buying one size larger than usual because they run small

Both shoes ordered in size 41, but the red and white ones unfortunately run smaller and therefore do not fit.
