I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels..
