-First of all, the item should contain 3 screen protectors and not just two, as was the case in the shipment received. -In the second place, I placed the order because according to the publication it has fingerprint reading, which is not true. The fingerprint does not detect me even after deleting the old one and recording a new one. -In third and last place the shipping time has been tremendously very long. I've bought from Joom again after quite some time, I don't know if there will be a next time.

Hello, the product N0 Q825QXPN does not match my request and my order. I wish to replace the screen protector. I am providing you with the brand of my phone: Samsung Galaxy A14, model name: SM-A145R/DSN Screen dimensions: 16 cm height 7 cm width. thank you for sending me a return shipping label and replacing the product or issuing a full refund for the product.

Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned that the fingerprint sensor no longer works with the protector. So for me, it's unusable.. In my opinion, important information. And 2 6cm² cloths are not exactly to be called "all necessary accessories for installation".. Injury!

I haven't used them yet, but based on the other reviews, it seems to be OK. The stickers to clean the dust off the screen are missing :( But otherwise, everything is fine

Fingerprints not working I wanted to do some more once the screen protector was installed but it was impossible to detect the fingerprints.

Unfortunately, there is a burr where the cards go in, so the cards get scratched, making it unusable. Also, it is too big at the bend.

I received 4 pieces, but 3 of them did not have any glue, nothing to be able to stick to the screen, they are not as good as they say
