I ordered these shoes in size 38, but they fit more like a 37. When I contacted customer service for a return, I was asked to provide an impossible photo showing the outer sole in a specific way that just couldn’t be done realistically. As a result, I’m now stuck with the pair and out of the money. It’s a shame, especially considering the poor return process. I also ordered another pair (different model) in the same size which fits perfectly, so I don’t understand why the sizing is so inconsistent between products or why the return process doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed!

Although the description says the material is leather, I have serious doubts that it is not PU. They create a lot of wrinkles on the calf because they are not elastic and it is difficult to get them up properly (and I don't have very fat legs). They are lined with plush.. One boot had dehumidifying bags stuck to it and when I removed them the glue remained. It was very difficult to remove it and the dye came off the heel.. For this final price I expected a better product.. Of course, they come with some free socks.

The boot arrived damaged. The first offer was a 50% discount, which I rejected. I wanted an exchange for the damaged boots, but unfortunately, they don't offer that, nor a return label. After many messages with customer support and being asked if I didn't need the item, I finally received the refund. In itself, the boot is nice and fits well.

This is NOT LEATHER, it is plastic and it has been verified by the expert I took them to. Beautiful design but the price does not correspond to the product's material, since it is not leather. It is a fraud. DO NOT BUY if you want leather boots. Also the bottom is very hard. There should be legal consequences for misleading the consumers about the true material of the boots. The product quality leaves much to be desired. When putting on the right foot boot, I received the impact of a puncture, to my surprise, when lifting the insole a point of almost 1 centimeter was protruding. I wonder what kind of controls these products pass and if they pass them at all. The model I received differs from the one shown on the page. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I AM GOING TO PROCEED WITH ITS RETURN.

Product in my size, however, there was a problem with the zipper on the right shoe which got stuck halfway through.. Impossible to get off even with a product that unlocks the zippers, we had to cut the leather of the shoe to free my foot... What is the recourse?? While the left, zipper ok without worries to open and close.

The boots are of superb quality, they came to me with short fur inside, very warm, the sole is a little different from how it is in the pictures, but it's not terrible. What disappointed me is the size, I normally wear a 33.5, I ordered a 34, according to the size chart they should be 22 cm, but they definitely feel bigger.

The quality does not match the price. When making the purchase, they did not indicate that they came from China, and even less, that the return is at the customer's expense to that country. In this company, I don't think we will make another purchase, due to the poor communication and the difficulty in making returns. Thank you
