This item may be an XXL child's size but definitely not an adult size I'm so disappointed in your service and the quality of this item I've waited weeks for 2 deliveries and now you say I have to pay for a return to get a refund that's just bad customer service, you also make it difficult to get a refund, you make customers download your app just to communicate with you would be nice if you just refunded me Won't be buying anything else from you

I AM VERY SURPRISED BY THE SIZE OF THE PYJAMAS. IT DOES NOT CORRESPOND AT ALL TO THE MEASUREMENTS WRITTEN BY YOU. AN XXL THAT I RECEIVED HAS SLEEVE LENGTH 50cm INSTEAD OF 56, LENGTH 58cm ABOVE INSTEAD OF 68, AND CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE 104cm INSTEAD OF 104cm. PANTS LENGTH 91cm INSTEAD OF 99, AND HIPS 112cm INSTEAD OF 118 cm. SERIOUS! THE QUALITY OF POLYESTER IS MEDIUM LOW... NORMAL COOKING. WRONG SIZE AND ANYWAY IT'S MADE FOR A WOMAN OF SHORT STATURE...

I was so excited about the jacket, but unfortunately the zipper was broken when I unpacked it and the size was a bit small for an M, a bit small. But it would be really nice!!! 🥲, I think it's stupid to send it back and send it back again, let's see what customer service says, they'll write back within 3 days. - They responded immediately, great!

It's not just leather, it's good for an evening's walk, the rest is dust, you can buy one from the china mall in any city in Romania, made of ecological leather for 15 percent of the price, maybe 50 Romanian lei, and it lasted almost two seasons sell it, it's dust and cracks

... Good quality...as expected...correct size delivery time all according to the expectations... just the colour slightly different from the pictures...in all a very good buy ... a happy customer here... thanks JOOM and seller...

The color does not match, the fabric in the photo is plain and in fact. And what arrived was a linen suit that has nothing to do with the fabric chosen, both the pants and the jacket. The coat comes with a black sewn scarf.

It seem like as if you are wearing a plastic bag. I think that the picture is misleading. The hands are streching the jacket and hidind its defects. It was a bit too big but it could be my fault.
