The product arrived and they were not the correct sizes and it was also missing the main waist belt however guys I have to tell you that the customer service department is absolutely excellent I took photographs with measuring tape proving that they were not what was written in the description of the products and they have been very kind and professional and they have issued a full refund the rest assured guys if you have a problem with this product customer service will definitely help you if there is a problem with the sizes I rate my experience with the customer service five star but unfortunately for the product I rated zero star because of the measurements didn't meet the description but once again I must reiterate please please trust in the customer service they are there to help and they do it may take a little while because of the time difference but they resolved my issue in less of 24 hours guys we can't ask for anything better from the customer service they did their job excellently

Dear Sir or Madam, instead of the ordered version with a detailed view of 6 holes in a row and 3 larger and 3 smaller ribs and a housing diameter of 125 mm with reverse direction and 30 minutes of operating time (I had purchased a turbine TYPE NO. H575 with this description from a department store some time ago). However, a completely different looking version was delivered with an outer diameter of approx. 105 mm and 6 equally long ribs and 6 holes each arranged in a triangle and in English in the user manual, missing type designation, and there is no information about any operating times. Please check your database for these details and these differences. The 2 delivered devices can already be purchased in further trade for approx. 10€. Furthermore, I kindly request your message on how the order will be processed further due to incorrect delivery / return. Sincerely, Richard Hohmann

i used it exactly 2 times , its good, BUT ITS NOT WATERPROOF , the instruction said to rince it with atibacterial soap under faucet as picture showed, not soak, i was very careful rinsing it, even was careful with charging place (i held my finger on the place where charger goes while rinsing, even though its covered with silicone) next time i noticed the modes button stopped working, im good at fixing stuff so i decided to open and see whats wrong and it was moisture inside on top of plastic and i saw a corrosion on the button, i took off the screws to open the plastic cover , but there was no point , the plastic was glued with SUPER GLUE, so u can't actually take it apart...i opened it very carefully somehow anyway and guess what, the oil of the motor mechcanism was all over the motherboard and it was corroded...my conclusion is that this thing was built carelessly(((

As you can clearly see from the attached photos, I ordered baseball caps with the inscription “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.” Instead, you sent me caps with a completely different inscription: “IMMIGRANTS MAKE AMERICA GREAT.” I did not order these products and I cannot use them. This is not a minor difference — these are products with a completely different message. I request a full refund for the incorrectly supplied items. Since the mistake was made by the seller, I should not have to pay any return shipping costs. Please resolve this issue and refund my money.
