Good morning! I am a regular customer of the Online Store (Joom). Recently, I have purchased many products from this store and I am satisfied with the service and reliability of this store. Recently, on October 4, 2026, I purchased a black leather jacket in size (S), Number (JVW48E4P) Size S 49-54kgs 1 piece. It was delivered on October 15, 2026. Because this is the size I usually wear, however, this leather jacket, in size (S), is too small for me, as it often happens that the sizes of different clothes are not precisely strict in their proportions and sometimes it is the case that size S or M is either too small for me or too large. Therefore, I would like to exchange the leather jacket I purchased from the Joom online store for a larger size (M), which will certainly fit me. How can I send back this jacket that doesn't fit and I cannot use because it is too tight, to exchange it for a larger size (M)? It runs small....which means a M, does not correspond to a M in Spain....I try to make a return and it's just problems....they send me an address....like...street, avenue, square....that I go to the shipping companies and they tell me that the address is not clear, that they have already had problems with returns from China....that it spends 3 months going around until in the end they return it to you....you eat the order and spend 50 euros on shipping....in total....I am going to report, since they don't give me another solution.....I eat the jacket...or I risk losing 50 euros more and sending it knowing that it won't reach its destination

As per description For me it's a bit loose, but when I tried it on I was only wearing a little summer dress It will be better in autumn Good material and well made The closure is with a zipper Thanks so much 😽😽😽

Poor quality, sizing is small and overall not worth the money. Unfortunately can’t seem to find out how to return the product. I recommend not buying from this brand!!

Upon unpacking, there was a pungent chemical smell; after the first wash, the coat became wearable. Comfortable and very warm, ideal for cold weather.

super cheap looks nothing like the photo, so far returning has been impossible
