Delivery was stated to be delivered 7pm until 9pm checked at 9pm and nothing checked at 10pm nothing went to bed got up this morning to find picture saying delivered but nothing received. No door bell rang and picture shows parcel on floor by front door and time stated 10.42pm. What is this delivery firm doing ? I have just had a knee replacement surgery and can’t walk or get out that’s why I ordered the dress for my wife’s birthday. I’m not happy about this and what a stupid time to deliver and leave for everyone to see on the door step Please send a replacement or credit my money back

JOOM acts with fraudulent intentions, consciously deceiving customers just to get money!!!! Do not order, it is all a sham. It's about almost 12 Euros and JOOM refuses to compensate for the undelivered goods!!!! I will never pay that!!!! Forwarding to consumer protection!!!!! Dirty scammers!!!!!!

I bought this T-shirt because of its design, and the fabric it was made from seemed warm enough for cold weather. But I was surprised to find that the fabric is more like a blouse, nothing like the photo. Aside from all that, it's nice, although it doesn't fit what I wanted.

The top is more cream than white in real life. Also it doesn't fit as slim fit and flattering as on the model. I got a size M as that was the smallest they had (I am XS/S) and it was too big so it does seem relatively true to size. A bit see through as well.

It's very well knitted and the material is very pleasant, so soft but certainly not cotton, seems more like a woolen blend. Not for autumn but for winter. Although it's not what I expected, I recommend the product as the winter sweater is qualitative

Polyester, it hurts so much. The colors are bright and different from those in the photo. I don't like it. I want to return it, but there's a problem with the return - supposedly everything is simple, step-by-step, but in the end, nothing happens. I think I'll stop shopping on Joom.

The products are of very poor quality!!!! The materials are effectively plastic! I want an urgent return and my money back! I do not recommend this site! No one answers to give you your money back! This site is a scam!!!!

A very nice shirt. The material is comfortable to wear and nice and soft. Unfortunately, the delivery time of more than 6 weeks is not acceptable here either. I will not place any more orders here.
