The 43 is actually either a 42 and a half or a 42, a bit small for me who has a slightly wide foot and measures a 43 (I'll try to get used to it😏). As for the product itself, it looks visually quite nice and appealing in the website image and fairly decent when you have bought it and own it, however, you can clearly see that the reliefs on its (cheap) sneakers are not there, and the quality of the brand itself, I know this brand very well for having bought it several times (but not on this kind of site but in real quality stores). In any case there, you have to admit that I am quite disappointed (no reliefs on the shoes, no stitching even for the brand logos, the finishes are not top quality, it just looks like it was painted on the fabric like that, including the brand logo, don't expect to have this logo in relief affixed to the shoe or any relief of the name or logo of the brand in stitching on the tongue or even behind the heel or on the side of the sneaker. For the price, it's still a low-end product in my opinion, but that's normal because they are on sale, therefore of lower quality, but they remain simple sneakers that one could buy in any store (supermarkets or others of the kind), pretty sneakers from the brand nonetheless, but cheap, period. Make your own choice, I'm not influencing anyone, I'm just saying what I feel and think about this product. For my part, I won't be looking for this kind of thing on this site anymore. And delivery not very fast, minimum 2 weeks. I would have liked to be satisfied with this product that I saw when I went on this site (they looked really good visually like that on the site) but once ordered, received, and unpacked my enthusiasm quickly waned and my joy was short-lived, I was disappointed with my purchase and it was really not what I could have expected, I should have looked more or even asked for more information about this item. I repeat, they remain beautiful sneakers nonetheless, but simple sneakers like any others that one could find in basic stores. The brand itself would not make this kind of such low-quality sneakers by omitting such important details (especially the reliefs and the topstitching) that I mentioned so previously. "It is to be seen as follows (I have obtained direct information from Adidas here) If you wear a European L at Adidas (or generally at sports brands), you should usually order at least one, rather two sizes larger for Asian sizes.. Here is the rule of thumb for conversion: The rule of thumb: EU L = Asian XL (for a very sporty/tight fit) EU L = Asian XXL (for a regular fit, which corresponds to European L) Asian cuts (often referred to as "Asian Fit") differ not only in circumference but also in proportion: Shorter torso: The shirts and jackets are often cut a bit shorter. Narrower shoulders: The cut in the shoulder area is usually tighter. Shorter sleeves/legs: The limbs of Asian models are often optimized for a somewhat smaller body size. Therefore, it doesn't surprise me anymore that the Asian size L is not comparable to the European size L.. The size information on the order page was therefore unfortunately completely insufficient here to recognize that these are different cuts and sizes. Very sad about the much time. I have requested an exchange to XXL or a refund. Addendum: Unfortunately, the size specifications are a real disaster and the return shipping is only at your own expense. I will not order anything here again. It was an attempt - of my three products bought from adidas at the same time - which is unfortunately not to be recommended. Since here at Joom neither evaluation nor communication really interest anyone and there is no feedback whatsoever on the contents, it ultimately doesn't matter either. Ordered on 15.12.25, received on 20.01.26 in St. Petersburg. Cainiao delivery to a parcel locker, tracked the whole way. The price was very good for the 990v4 at the time of purchase - 12250₽. Before this, I bought the 990v4 in a different color and materials from the same seller for 15500₽. Original by all signs (different unique numbers, NB inscriptions are clear and even under UV light, barcode numbers on the box match those on the sneakers). Additional laces are included. This time I bought size EU44.5 US10.5 UK10 in cm 28.5 (because other 990v4 in size EU45 ran large and had about half a size to spare) and they fit very snugly, with no room to spare, to my surprise🤔(but it's not critical for me, as my foot is 28.5cm and I can easily wear NB in both size 44.5 and 45). Conclusion - different colorways of the 990v4 have different length parameters, I don't know why🤷‍♂️ and for this model, it's better to take half a size larger. The sneakers themselves are top-notch in terms of comfort, of course. Walking in them is pure pleasure for me. This colorway will get dirty, of course, and you need to be prepared for that (mentally too). Treat with a water-repellent impregnation and wear in dry, warm weather, avoiding dirt and dust, but this is practically impossible in reality😆. Inside there is a lining, not very thick, but still, so the limit for wearing them with a thin sock is +25°C. Regarding materials, the back is shaggy suede/nubuck, the front is trimmed😁, not super quality, but not bad either, just ordinary. The heel counter is impossible to press in, like a stone, which is good for stabilization. Undoubtedly, they are top-tier and flagship models of the brand, which adds to the price + the "made in" series (hand-made and all that, but there's no wow effect from the same quality of materials, and even the stitching quality can be slightly worse than in the Asian versions, and threads can stick out, and this is a fact). Therefore, the thought arises whether it's worth buying them... For the price of 12k, definitely yes. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Return? An absolute catastrophe! I have rarely experienced such a complicated and customer-unfriendly return process. Only an address is provided for the return. However, further important details are required for shipping and customs clearance – including the recipient's name and an email address. You simply cannot get this information from Joom. The customer service is also a disaster. You wait at least 2 days for a response, and when a response finally comes, the actual problem is not solved. Instead, you get general standard answers or the same information over and over again, which is completely unhelpful.. The whole thing then repeats every few days: Question asked → Wait 2 days → Useless answer → Ask again → Wait another 2 days. And then, of course, you're supposed to process the return within 2 weeks. How is that supposed to work if Joom doesn't provide the necessary information for the return in a timely manner?? The return period naturally continues during this time. So the customer is not to blame that Joom takes several days for a simple request and then provides no concrete information..

The attached pictures show only two examples of the fake QR code from China, which does not exist at all, as well as the "funny China box".! This item is clearly and demonstrably a counterfeit—a so-called "fake"—as confirmed by the actual trademark holder, PUMA, and an expert assessment from an independent third party (in this case, a sneaker shop). Unfortunately, despite repeated inquiries, JOOM only issued a partial refund. Therefore, particular caution is advised on this platform regarding fakes and counterfeit goods.
