Ring Fit Adventure Switch -

Fitness while adventuring Ring Fit Adventure is a fitness adventure game where you attach Joy-Con controllers to the included Ring-Con and Leg Band, wear them on your body, and play by moving your whole body. The Ring-Con and Leg Band recognize movements of various body parts such as the arms, shoulders, chest, stomach, back, buttocks, and legs, and synchronize with the in-game character. You can exercise in a variety of styles, starting with "Adventure," a long-term fitness program that's fun to stick with as you explore a fantasy world; "Mini-Games," which are easy to start with; and "Set Menus," which involve playing a set of fitness exercises in succession.
