The 1st 2 photos are what is on the website which has obviously been taken from another website as this is definitely what was delivered! The stitching on the handle is so bad & will definitely unravel if I used it. Same for handles attached to the woven bag. The name on the tape is different from the website & has been cut through the name on both handles. I have tried to request a return but the website just sends you round in circles, I’m presuming this is intended!! It would not buy again from this site & would strongly recommend you don’t throw you money away to them either. Rubbish quality & company 😡

The item was delivered in a defective condition. The tube was torn and all the contents were squeezed out of the tube and smeared everything. I wanted to complain about the order. If you press the corresponding button, you will be referred to support. If you press "Question about the order/Support", you will be invited to download an app. But I don't want to download an app, I want to cancel the order. There is also no support address in the imprint. A rogue who thinks this is done intentionally to make refunds as complicated as possible.

The items do not correspond to what was requested, they only sent the straps, the photos of the advertised items had the physical activity monitor incorporated into the straps…and the amount paid obviously presupposes that it was the Physical Activity Monitoring Bracelet, moreover, it was the one I searched for… I intend to return these 02 items and request a refund of the amount paid, as the items do not correspond to the ones in the advertised photos and are incomplete… Compliments: António Figueiredo

This item costs €155 and arrives rattling in a package measuring 39.5x26x5 cm.. THAT is already scandalous enough! But the icing on the cake is that it is impossible (!!!) to complain and get a return label. I've been trying this for days... and realize that the website is a fake, like 'Bergschatz', they are probably the same scammers! Thank God Klarna is involved, I will get the help there that Joom is denying me. Hands off this dealer!

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The loafers I received do not match the photos in the listing at all. The quality, color, and details are clearly different from what was advertised. Additionally, I did not receive a full refund, which is unacceptable given that the item was not as described. This experience feels unfair and misleading.. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
