The shoes weren't packed in boxes. Therefore they are out of shape and the material smells like pure plastic. The left and right shoe doesn't even match exactly. The left ankle strap is longer than the right. The shoes aren't worth half the money. At the same time I've ordered a second pair in a different colour. It's been the same bad quality. I wanted a refund which was very difficult to request because the buttons for customer support in the app didn't work and their was no phone number or email address. Finally after a long search I found a phone number with an answering machine and left a message. I got a full refund but I had to be very persistent. In the beginning they wanted to refund half of the price only for non-wearable shoes.

I like it, it's comfortable about the sizes, they wear it fatally. I have asked for one more number than the number I usually use in my country, due to the comments of other users and more specifically in my area. And for the cm that they show in the measurement tables and even so it is a little different from the size offered but, since it is not a wide waist, it is comfortable and it is preferable to a smaller number and not being able to wear it. So one ⭐ less for the inconvenience that does not seem to be solved with the size. And another ⭐ less because the material is not leather but fabric and simile. I am not suspending this order because it is beautiful and comfortable. I hope the quality lasts.

Although the slippers arrived in correct condition, I don't think they will look like this for long. The supposed fur/feathers (whatever it's supposed to be) isn't attached firmly enough so when wearing the shoes you lose that material everywhere. This is quite annoying, since the material is found in the carpeting throughout the apartment. And besides, at some point there will be nothing left of the shoe. What a pity ....
