I just received the He Shou Wu powder at home, and it was delivered so badly that I can’t even use it. All the powder spilled out of the container, so now everything is just inside the chemical plastic bag. This is really not okay — I waited so long for it, and then I get this. I can’t do anything with the powder now; I basically have to throw it away. How can we fix this?!!!!! I’m so pissed right now. It lost powder also

Nothing to do with the photo that appears in what they offer, besides it didn't arrive on the stipulated date which was an eternity, and then they extended the delivery date further, and it's not what they offer, packaging of dubious origin with no label at all, it has a QR code that when you open it they offer you Chinese products, First and last time I buy from here, very bad experience.

I think the product is as described, it's the first time I've tasted something like this, but the taste is horrible, it has the aroma and smell of freshly milked cow's milk, and is very bitter, almost impossible to drink (maybe with eyes closed and holding your nose). I put a teaspoon of powder in a cup of boiled water and left it to infuse for a quarter of an hour. I don't want it anymore!!

Just tried this tea 😳 how should I describe it.... The broth was mud colored, something dirty dark gray... And then tried it 🙈 BITTER AND DISGUSTING 😭😭😭😭 I really can't imagine how someone can taste something like that . The whole pack goes in the trash for me.

I ordered three herbal products, two were never delivered to me because it shows they never left China. I asked for a refund and it was denied. This is a serious unfairness towards a customer, I will never buy anything from Joom again.
