The sneakers are extremely expensive, of low quality (made of plastic), and took a very long time to arrive. I'm going to try to return them, (which doesn't seem easy at all). For now, I've sent a kind of email with a query and read that the return shipping costs are my responsibility (I already paid the initial shipping costs). Okay, I just read that I have to send the return to China... I will not buy from this website again. I do not recommend it at all.
This is not the product, this is a cheap polyester printed copy and does not match the photo. I will be seeking a refund. You can see the hood is the wrong colour inside because it's not lined and the label clearly says it is 95% polyester and not 60% cotton as the original is. Am so disappointed as this was going to be a birthday present for my daughter.
An absolute cheek, instead of size XL, it corresponds to a maximum of size 158 (which is a smaller size).. Furthermore, it wasn't even handed over to me by DHL, but was simply left in front of the front door of a large apartment building in a residential area. Any stranger could have simply taken it. I was also completely misinformed about the delivery by DHL.
Firstly, my package was delivered on Saturday, I didn't receive a message. Secondly, I have to pay customs fees, which I already find quite high at 87 francs for a headset on this site, and for the last two previous orders, the T-shirt was not the right size... 🙄 Last time I order here 🤨
ARTICLE TOO SMALL. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT 1 XXL. IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE THE ZIPPER. ARMPIT TO ARMPIT 42 CM, same width as 1XL !!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT? A REAL NIGHTMARE FOR THE RETURN PROCEDURE!!!
The shoes are of very poor quality (material) . They are much too big. I have requested a return of the item and a refund of the purchase price. Thank you
. The pictures here on the page don't fit at all, I was so happy but you can't wear that. 100% Plastic
The item was never received??? After putting through a request on Joom last month I am still waiting for a reply
