This is the second time I haven't received all the merchandise!!!! Of the four lamps ordered, two arrived with a loss of 41 euros. You are not reliable!!!!! And in total, across the two orders, I am missing three lamps that I thought were sent in separate packages, but as of today, October 10th, I still haven't received anything!!! I will not place any more orders on your site!!!! I await your news regarding the missing items!!!

On the picture it's beautiful. In reality... It's like a cardigan for home. Sorry, I have to send it back. The colour is black, as I ordered. The size is also fits me. The delivery was also quick. Everything was great, just the quality doesn't fits the seller's pictures. I don't like to give negative reviews, but hopefully it helps others to not be disappointed 😔

I bought 2 different pairs of shorts at the same time. The cheaper ones were way nicer. These more expensive ones did not look anything as on the picture, sadly. They look ok on but different from what to expect from the picture. Size was perfect. These will be gardening pair for how long they will last. The quality is not the best. Thin fabric.

The glasses are substandard and it is like looking through a plastic film. To use the normal view you have to look way up and not naturally forward. For reading the looking down works ok, apart from the feeling looking through a plastic film. I find these glasses a waste of money and would not be using them.

I specifically wrote a note "like the picture" and i selected The light bulbs which are curved on top BUT you sent to me the light bulbs which are like the candle. Also the bulbs are NOT dimmable (see video). Also two of them are cold white color when I asked for Warm light. How can I return them?

the package has been delayed for a while and arrived today and I noticed that the trousers were set apart without the lace and the trousers are not as described as they speak of cotton trousers but they are not cotton but are fleece suitable not for summer but for winter so I would like a refund

Please, when you send the roll of adhesive paper that it arrives well because it arrived damaged... it did not help me, please put it in a tube... made of cardboard because the adhesive does not stick well... I have to ask again that is my complaint, send it well the genre .. thanks
